Warranty and Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchased product without providing any justification.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the notification must be submitted to us in writing, via e-mail, or through our website.

The product to be returned under the right of withdrawal must be unused, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale.

The product must be sent to us within the withdrawal period, and the return process will be initiated once the product reaches us. Upon approval of the return, the product price will be refunded to the consumer using the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.

Return Conditions and Process

The product to be returned must;

  • Be unused.

  • Have its original box and packaging undamaged.

  • Include all accessories intact.

  • Be sent together with its invoice.

After the return request is created, the necessary instructions are communicated to the customer.

For returns and exchanges, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the sent product is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Products

As per legal regulations, there is no right of withdrawal or return for the following products:

  • Products customized for the individual

  • Used products or products that cannot be resold

  • Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons

  • Personal care products with opened packaging

  • Digital content and services performed instantly

  • Products specified as non-returnable under campaigns or special discounts

Undeliverable Products

In the event that the ordered product cannot be supplied due to stock or procurement issues, the customer will be notified within a maximum of 3 days, and the payment made will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days.

Warranty Conditions

Products purchased via Vauva are assessed for manufacturing defects within the scope of applicable legal regulations.

If the product is noticed to be damaged during delivery, a report must be prepared in the presence of the courier, and the product should not be accepted.

Deformations caused by the user, misuse, washing errors, impacts, friction, or wear that may occur during the natural use of the product are considered outside the scope of the warranty.

In cases of defective products, the consumer may benefit from rights such as exchange, repair, price reduction, or refund in accordance with current consumer legislation.
