Membership Agreement

Parties

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into under the following terms and conditions between Vauva (“SITE” or “Company”) and the internet user who becomes a member of www.vauva.com (“MEMBER”).

Subject and Scope

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms of benefiting from the services offered by the SITE and the rights and obligations of the parties.

Membership Terms

  • To become a member, one must be at least 18 years of age.

  • The membership process is completed by fully filling out the membership form on the SITE and approving this Agreement electronically.

  • The SITE reserves the right to reject membership applications when deemed necessary.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

MEMBER’s Obligations

  • The MEMBER agrees that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

  • The MEMBER is responsible for the security of their username and password.

  • The MEMBER cannot use the SITE in a manner that violates applicable legislation, general moral rules, or its intended purpose.

  • The MEMBER agrees not to engage in behaviors that violate the rights of others.

SITE’s Rights and Obligations

  • The SITE reserves the right to make changes to the services, products, content, and prices it offers.

  • The SITE cannot be held responsible for disruptions that may occur due to access interruptions or system failures caused by technical reasons.

  • The SITE has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate memberships for security reasons.

Privacy and Personal Data

Personal data belonging to the MEMBER is processed within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”); the principles regarding its use, storage, and protection are explained in the Privacy and Security Policy and the KVKK Disclosure Text.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the SITE, including images, logos, designs, texts, product descriptions, and software, is protected under copyright and trademark legislation.

This content cannot be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the written permission of the SITE.

Termination of the Agreement

The MEMBER may terminate their membership at any time.

In the event that the MEMBER acts in violation of this Agreement or applicable legislation, the SITE has the right to unilaterally suspend or completely terminate the membership.

Resolution of Disputes

The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to any disputes that may arise from this Agreement. For disputes that may arise between the parties, Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade and the competent Consumer Courts are authorized.

Effectiveness

By checking the "I have read and agree to the Membership Agreement" option while creating a membership via www.vauva.com, the MEMBER is deemed to have declared that they have read, understood, and accepted the provisions of this Agreement.
