Distance Sales Agreement

Parties

This agreement has been concluded between Vauva (“SELLER”) and the internet user (“BUYER”) who makes a purchase via www.vauva.com (“SITE”) within the framework of the following terms and conditions.

Subject

The subject of this agreement is to determine the sale, delivery, right of withdrawal, return, and other rights and obligations of the products ordered by the BUYER electronically via the SITE.

General Provisions

The BUYER declares that they have read and accepted the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, and information regarding the right of withdrawal for the products they wish to purchase.

The products subject to the order are delivered to the address specified by the BUYER during the order via the SELLER’s contracted courier company.

The SELLER has the right to inform the BUYER in case of a delay in delivery due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances.

For products not in stock, the SELLER reserves the right to cancel the order, issue a refund, or propose an equivalent product.

Delivery

Orders are delivered to the courier within 1–4 business days at the latest after payment confirmation.

Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address.

Intra-city deliveries are generally completed within 1–3 business days, while inter-city deliveries are completed within 2–7 business days.

Additional delivery costs that may arise if the BUYER is not present at the address during delivery are the responsibility of the BUYER.

Shipping is free for orders of 1,000 TL and over.

Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to return the received product within 14 days without providing any justification.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale.

Notification of the right of withdrawal must be conveyed to the SELLER in writing or via e-mail.

The product to be returned must be sent together with its original box, invoice, and all accessories.

Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Products prepared specifically for the individual

  • Used products or products that are not suitable for resale

  • Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

  • Personal care products whose packaging has been opened

  • Digital content and services performed instantly

Return Conditions

Return requests must be made within the right of withdrawal period.

The returned product must be complete, unused, and in a re-saleable condition.

After the return process is approved, the refund will be made via the original payment method within 14 days at the latest.

In some special sales conducted within the scope of a campaign, the return shipping fee may be the responsibility of the BUYER.

Warranty and Damaged Products

If the product is noticed to be damaged during delivery, a report must be drawn up by the courier officer and the product should not be accepted.

Deformations resulting from user error are outside the scope of the warranty.

In the case of defective products, the BUYER may request an exchange, repair, price reduction, or a refund within the scope of the applicable consumer legislation.

Privacy

Personal information shared by the BUYER is protected under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698 and will not be shared with third parties except for legal obligations.

Resolution of Disputes

In disputes that may arise from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the place of residence of the BUYER or the SELLER are authorized within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade.

Effectiveness

When the BUYER places an order via www.vauva.com, they are deemed to have read and accepted all articles of this Distance Sales Agreement.
